1 kg cornflakes

2 cups cashews
200-g serve (store-bought)
200-g coconut flakes
1 cup sultanas
Fry the following on medium heat: peanuts, cashews, sultanas, and coconut flakes.

Spices:
2 Heaped tbsp. Kashmiri red chili powder
2 tbsp. chaat masala
1 tbsp. fine salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
3 tbsp. icing sugar
1/2 tsp. hing
Using a whisk. Incorporate the above ingredients.
Method:
In a large dish, add all the fried ingredients. Now add the spices and combine really well. Add the serve and cornflakes and combine well.
Heat some oil in a pan. Add the curry leaves and dry chilies.
Add 1 tbsp. sesame seeds and 1/2 tsp. fine salt.
Pour the oil mix into the chevda mix and combine very well.
