How to prepare tuna and mayonnaise for school lunch in advance. (Option 1)

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 sliced green chilies
Fine salt
Chopped cilantro
Mayonnaise
Bread, rolls or buns

Method:

To a pan, add some vegetable oil. Add the onions and sauté until golden. Now add the sliced chilies and sauté. Remove the tuna from the brine and add to the sautéed onion and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the chopped cilantro and leave to cool. When completely cooled, add the mayonnaise. Now you are ready to make your delicious sandwiches or toasted sandwiches. Enjoy!
