Add all the milk together with the crushed cardamom and whisk well. Now add the milk mix to the soji and keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick. Add some of the fried cashews and raisons, and mix well. Whisk the nestled and pour over the soji, then switch off the heat, leaving the pot on the stove. Garnish with cashews, raisons, and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
