This is the restaurant-style version of a crispy potato wedge, but turned healthy thanks to the air fryer. These homemade potato wedges are seasoned to salty, smoky perfection, served piping hot, and ready to devour as a side dish, appetizer, or snack. The air fryer has been a delicious experiment, and I’m excited to have perfected these delicious rustic potato wedges.
Let’s get started with the potatoes.
Peel 6 large potatoes and cut into wedge’s. Rinse thoroughly. To a microwave-safe bowl, add the potatoes, salt, and cover the potatoes with cold water and microwave until tender. Remove water and place in a bowl.
Ingredients:
Vegetable oil
Salt
Crushed black pepper
Oregano
Add the above ingredients to the potatoes and give it a toss. Place in the air fryer and cook until rustic. Keep checking and toss the potatoes in the air fryer periodically, especially toward the end.
As you savor the last bite of this delicious meal, remember that cooking is more than just combining ingredients—it’s about creating moments, sharing love, and embracing the joy of simplicity. Like life, a perfect dish comes together with a balance of flavors, patience, and a touch of creativity. So, always season your days with gratitude, sprinkle kindness generously, and never be afraid to try something new. “Happy cooking and even happier living!”
