  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • Tomato paste (20g)
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp. Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp. breyani spice
  • 1 tbsp. garam masala
  •  1 tbsp. coriander spice
  • Salt
  • Cilantro
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  • In a medium pot or skillet with a lid, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add whole spices and sauté. Add diced onion and mix; add the required amount of salt. Mix well and cook on medium until the onions are translucent. Add all the dry spices and simmer on low heat. Now add the marinated chicken. Turn up the heat to medium and cook until the chicken is cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Giving the curry a mix, now cook on low heat. Add the cream of your choice. I used Nestle cooking cream. Simmer for 5 minutes and switch off the heat.
  • Garnish with mint leaves or cilantro. You can use both and enjoy!
