Effortless flavor with just 4 ingredients!

3 whole chickens. Cut, rinse, and leave the chicken in a colander for an hour. 

6 large onions, sliced
Fresh tyme
Ingredients:
2 tsp. of freshly ground peppercorns
Salt
1/2 cup grape seed vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Method:
Marinate chicken with the above ingredients, cover, and leave in the refrigerator overnight. To a flat pot or pan. Add some vegetable oil and place the chicken in the pot. Do not overcrowd the pot. Cook on high heat for 5 to 7 minutes. As the water evaporates, we will add the sliced onions and sprinkle some fresh thyme. Place the lid halfway on the pot. We need all liquids to dry up
Chicken must brown, turning randomly. You can add some butter (optional). This recipe is slow cooking; take your time. Serve with mash or smash (homemade). Super yummy!
