Boneless Chicken Thighs and Pasta for Lunch

Boneless chicken thighs. Cut in smaller pieces. Rinse and leave in a colander.

Ingredients:
Smoked paprika
Crushed black pepper
Lemon juice
Salt
Ground ginger and garlic
Pasta of your choice
Method:
Place boneless thighs in a bowl. Add the above ingredients and marinate well. Cover and leave in the refrigerator. Use when required. To a pan, add some vegetable oil. Once the oil is warmed, add the boneless chicken and sauté. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
