2 tsp. instant yeast
1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

For brushing the loaf:
2 tbsp. melted butter (30 g)
2 tbsp. condensed milk (30g)

To a bowl. Add the milk, condensed milk, egg, sugar, and yeast. Combine well. Add the flour and salt and bring the dough together into a dough ball. Knead and add the butter. Knead and place in a bowl, covered with cling film. Leave to rise for an hour to an hour and a half.  Punch the dough and knead. Divide the dough and gently roll. Roll into a swiss roll and place into a buttered loaf pan. Place the roll into the loaf pan and cover. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
