Fluffy Eggless Scones

Ingredients:

6 cups of all-purpose flour

9 tsp. baking powder
250g salted butter (grated)
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup sultanas
1/2 cup klim milk powder
Full-cream milk
Method:
To a bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Rub in the butter until it resembles bread crumbs.
Add the milk and make a soft dough. Place dough on work surface and roll out and fold. Using a scone cutter. Cut the scones and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
Note: This recipe is double.
