FAQS!

  • Can I substitute soya chunks with another protein?
Yes, you can substitute soya chunks with tofu, chickpeas, or paneer for a similar texture and flavor. These alternatives will absorb the spices well and add their unique touch to the dish.
  • How do I prevent the soya chunks from becoming too chewy?
To ensure tender soya chunks, soak them in boiling water for 20–25 minutes before cooking. Once they’ve softened, drain and squeeze out excess water. This will help them absorb the curry flavors while maintaining a nice texture.
